Aberrometer MultiSpot

Fig. 1

Fig. 2

Aberrometer is used for automatic measuring of full aberrations of human eye. In order to perform such measurements infrared semi-conducting low-powered laser is used. This laser contains a scanning system, providing high precision of the measurements and absolute safety of the procedure for the patient. Precise alignment of the patient's eye is implemented with the use of a system of infrared markers for registration of the eye pupil location on the digital video camera. This provides more precise alignment. Short time (30 ms) and a long series of the measurement (up to 600 samples) allow to single out statistically important aberrations.
